Senior Risk Management Professional

We are seeking an experienced Senior Risk Management Professional to join our team in shaping the risk management strategy for our organization.

Responsibilities include:

  • Credit Risk Analysis and Framework Development: Develop, implement, and review credit risk models and associated frameworks to ensure effective risk assessment and mitigation in unsecured rural/semi-urban lending contexts.
  • Credit Risk Strategies Implementation: Implement and monitor credit risk strategies across the lending life cycle, including acquisition, underwriting, cross-sell, and collections.
  • Portfolio Performance Review: Regularly review portfolio performance across various risk metrics, identifying early warning signals and analyzing portfolio trends to track quality on accepted risk parameters.
  • Risk Policy Development: Ensure timely review and update of risk policies to reflect dynamic external environments and internal risk appetites.
  • Industry Data Analysis: Analyze industry data, prepare MIS/Dashboards, and apprise senior management on changing market conditions.
  • Process Audit: Regularly review processes for adherence to risk policies and check if controls are effectively in place and functioning.
  • Team Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams to strengthen the risk framework.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Education: BTech or MTech from a Tier 1 college.
  • Experience: 3-6 years of experience in managing risk in a NBFC/Fintech/Lending environment.
  • Technical Skills: 2+ years of experience in Python and SQL is mandatory. Excellent understanding of data and ability to bring insights.
  • Knowledge: Sound knowledge of statistical models.
  • Additional Advantage: Experience in Microfinance/MSME Lending will be an added advantage.
