Executive Search Consultant Position

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Executive Search Consultant to join our team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a professional with strong interpersonal communication skills, proficiency in interviewing techniques, and ability to work collaboratively with clients and internal teams.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in executive search, a Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field, and excellent client management skills.

Responsibilities:

  1. Identify, source, and recruit top-level executives.
  2. Conduct competency-based interviews and assess candidates' suitability for executive roles.
  3. Administer psychometric assessments, interpret reports, and create summary reports for submission to the Client.
  4. Manage the end-to-end search process, including consulting with clients, providing timely updates, sharing reports, and maintaining confidentiality.
  5. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and appoint a Transition Coach, facilitate chemistry meetings, and manage the transition coaching process over 6-12 months.

Key Requirements:

  • Strong planning, follow-up, and execution skills.
  • Excellent business acumen and knowledge of market trends.
  • Prior experience in executive search is mandatory.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
