Academic Content Developer

Deliver high-quality academic content on camera, utilizing engaging storytelling and expression to explain complex concepts in a student-friendly manner.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and content directors to ensure smooth content delivery.
- Participate in rehearsals, feedback sessions, and retakes to refine the on-screen presentation output.
- Adapt to various content formats, including Smart boards, Animation-Voiceovers, Green screen(VFX), and outdoor location shoots.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver comprehensive lesson plans aligned with CBSE 10th board curriculum.
- Conduct research and gather materials to create engaging educational content.
- Use effective communication skills to convey complex ideas simply and clearly.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in a relevant field from a recognized institution.
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in teaching, public speaking, or educational content creation.
- Excellent verbal communication and camera presence.
- Experience with voiceover, video recording, or online education is an asset.
Preferred Qualifications:
- English-medium background at Class X, Class XII, Degree levels.
- Proficiency in AI tools and platforms for content creation.
