Cardio-Diabetic Business Unit Leader

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic leader to head our Cardio-Diabetic business unit. The ideal candidate will drive growth through innovative marketing strategies, strong sales execution, and effective team leadership.
">About the Role
The General Manager (Sales & Marketing) will be responsible for defining and executing strategic business plans to achieve revenue and profitability targets for the Cardio-Diabetic division.
">Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute strategic business plans to achieve revenue and profitability targets for the Cardio-Diabetic division.
- Lead and mentor a large field force including Zonal/Regional Managers and Marketing Teams.
- Conceptualize and implement marketing campaigns, brand plans, and product positioning strategies.
- Drive product lifecycle management and new product launches.
- Conduct market intelligence and competitor analysis to identify business opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for effective go-to-market execution.
- Ensure adherence to compliance, ethical practices, and company values across all operations.
The ideal candidate should have:
">- Bachelor's in Pharmacy or Science; MBA in Marketing preferred.
- Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in pharma sales & marketing, with at least 45 years in a leadership role in the Cardio-Diabetic segment.
- Proven track record of delivering strong business results.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
