The Business Growth Specialist will play a key role in identifying, researching and engaging potential business leads within the USA market.

This role is crucial in supporting our sales teams by developing a strong pipeline of qualified prospects.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Use industry tools to research and identify potential clients in the logistics and supply chain industry.
  2. Establish and maintain a database of qualified leads with accurate contact and company information.
  3. Send personalized connection requests and introductory messages to prospects.
  4. Monitor and manage conversations with prospects, ensuring timely follow-ups.
  5. Collaborate with the sales teams to align prospecting strategies with business goals.
  6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities within the U.S. logistics and freight forwarding space.
  7. Prepare and share regular reports on prospecting activities, lead generation metrics, and conversion rates.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics or related field.
  • 0–2 years of experience in lead generation, prospecting or sales support.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems is advantageous.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work independently during U.S. night hours.
  • Attention to detail with strong organizational and research skills.
