Job Title: Cluster Development Lead

About the Role:

  • We are seeking a skilled professional to drive market development and expand brand visibility, thereby growing our customer base.
  • The successful candidate will strengthen relationships with contractors, architects, and key stakeholders to enhance influencer engagement.
  • Key responsibilities include implementing effective strategies to improve revenue and funnel conversions, as well as gathering and analyzing market trends to inform business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing demand through network expansion and consistently meeting sales targets.
  • Architect and contractor engagement: conducting product demonstrations and establishing strong connections.
  • Site visits and funnel development: generating and tracking leads from site visits.
  • Funnel value tracking: monitoring the pipeline to optimize conversion rates.
  • Market development initiatives: organizing industry meets to foster engagement.
  • Corrective action implementation: addressing underperforming primary partners/products in alignment with HO and product managers.
  • Influencer connect: driving increased participation in key influencer programs.
  • Activity reporting: providing structured updates to managers and HO on a regular basis.
  • Market intelligence gathering: collecting and sharing relevant insights about the assigned market.
  • Execution and monitoring of market activities: working closely with RSM/ASM to ensure effective implementation of strategies.
  • Contractor training and development: leading training sessions to enhance contractor skill sets and loyalty.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
