About Us

We're seeking a seasoned Lead Developer with extensive hands-on experience in Solana blockchain development. This role demands designing and optimizing high-performance dApps, smart contracts, and on-chain programs on Solana.

As a key member of our team, you will drive technical decision-making, mentor junior developers, and collaborate closely with product teams to deliver scalable blockchain solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, maintain, and enhance high-quality on-chain and off-chain software systems.
  • Write efficient, readable, and testable code adhering to industry best practices.
  • Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure exceptional code quality and adherence to coding standards.
  • Lead technical discussions, provide expert guidance, and define the development roadmap for blockchain projects.
  • Document complex technical designs, APIs, and user guides in a clear and developer-friendly manner.
  • Troubleshoot and debug issues across on-chain and off-chain components.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to guarantee successful project delivery.

Skill Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Rust language, with a strong background in its ecosystem.
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in Rust development, with at least 2+ years focused on Solana blockchain.
  • Ability to guide the development team in crafting performant and optimized code in Rust.
  • Hands-on expertise in building full-stack Solana Web3 applications, from smart contracts to frontend dApps.
  • Proficiency in writing, testing, and deploying Solana smart contracts.
  • Deep understanding of various Token Standards (fungible, non-fungible, etc.).
  • Experience with DeFi protocols: DEX aggregators, AMMs, order books, and liquidity management.
  • R&D skills with the ability to prototype quickly and deliver under tight deadlines.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to explain intricate blockchain concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • B.Tech/M.Tech, CS/IT or a related field.
  • 2+yrs of relevant experience with Solana blockchain.
