Job Title:
Senior Recruitment ManagerWe are looking for a seasoned professional to lead our recruitment efforts and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of success in talent acquisition, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the employee life cycle from onboarding to exit formalities
- Recruit for relevant profiles through various channels, including job portals, social media, and consultancies
- Develop and maintain a network with top architecture and design colleges
- Coordinate campus interviews and other selection activities
- Assess skills for junior positions
- Design and update job descriptions for required profiles
- Have good knowledge of workforce and manpower planning
- Command company policies and policy implementation
- Work with department managers to develop training programs and ensure results
- Execute employee annual review procedures
- Develop strategies to improve engagement and manage programs for team members
Requirements:
- Graduate/Postgraduate degree
- 9 years of rich experience
- Noida or nearby area resident
- Excellent English communication and writing skills
- Ability to foster healthy employee relationships and network building
