Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the position of Senior Field Applications Engineer. As a key member of our technical team, you will play a crucial role in providing guidance and support to customers in designing and deploying our technologies into their products.

About the Role

  • Serve as the primary technical point of contact for key customers, offering expertise and assistance throughout the product development lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with customers to design and implement customized solutions that meet their specific needs.
  • Develop and deliver technical presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions to customers, partners, and internal teams.
  • Ensure timely resolution to customer inquiries, issues, and concerns, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and standard methodologies to effectively advise customers on product development strategies.

Key Qualifications

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in field application engineering or a customer-facing technical role, with a master's degree in electrical engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience in designing or supporting complex SoC, from architecture definition to tape-out, addressing implementation challenges on advanced process nodes.
  • Familiarity with RAS and reliability for enterprise and infrastructure markets is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with functional safety standards and certification.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with customers, colleagues, and partners at all levels.

The role involves travel to customer sites and events, requiring adaptability and strong time management skills.
