Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and skilled professional to join our Business Process Automation department. The ideal candidate will have extensive technical expertise and a proven track record in automation.

The Senior Automation Specialist will be responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of advanced automation solutions to optimize business processes and enhance operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Automation Projects: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of complex automation projects, ensuring they meet business requirements and are completed on time.
  • Design and Develop Solutions: Create and implement advanced automation systems and processes to streamline operations and reduce manual efforts.
  • Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors to gather requirements, define solutions, and ensure successful implementation.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in an automation role.

Technical Skills:

  • Experience with automation tools and technologies such as RPA (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere), and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).
  • Proficient in Python, SQL, AWS Lambda, and AWS S3.
