Senior System Engineer and Assistant Manager

The role involves the end-to-end management of complex systems, services, and plants for large-scale infrastructure projects. Project execution and coordination are key responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage project execution, vendor coordination, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of central chiller plants, HVAC equipment, utility systems, and integration with building management systems.
  • Integrate various system platforms, including chiller plants, HVAC equipment, electrical panels, and safety systems.
  • Ensure project milestones are met as per schedule and budget.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to achieve project targets.
Technical Skills & Qualifications:
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, chilled water plants, pumps, AHUs, FCUs, valves, and utility systems.
  • Hands-on experience in building management system (BMS) integration, including BACnet, Modbus, and LonWorks protocols.
  • Project execution experience in data centers, hospitals, airports, and large commercial buildings.
  • Familiarity with electrical panels, PLC/DCS, VFDs, UPS, DG, and power monitoring systems.
  • Knowledge of energy efficiency standards and green building codes, including LEED and IGBC.
  • Expertise in project scheduling and reporting using Primavera and MS Project.
  • Strong vendor management and stakeholder coordination skills.
Additional Requirements:
  • Exposure to chiller plant management (CPM) systems and optimization software.
  • Experience with IoT/AI-based smart building platforms.
  • Certifications in HVAC, BMS, Energy Management, or Project Management (PMP/PRINCE2).
