Insurance Transformation Leader

We are seeking a seasoned insurance professional to lead our transformation efforts in the P&C domain. This individual will work closely with internal stakeholders and vendor partners to drive closer working relationships, foster performance management, and ensure effective communication between teams.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintaining strong governance frameworks to facilitate performance management, feedback mechanisms, and effective communication between teams.
  • Robust tracking of progress, including performance monitoring of delivery and building action plans around deficiencies.
  • Liaising with internal stakeholders and strategic vendor partners to foster closer working relationships.
  • Ensuring correct invoicing, transformation benefits delivered, and operational efficiencies and quality delivered by vendors in line with contractual agreements.
Talent Management Strategy

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing development programs, staffing and hiring needs, people engagement, rewards and recognition framework, and strategy transition management.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Designing and running training engines to cater to different skillsets spread across P&C domains.
  • Helping offshore team staff for ongoing requirements and backfilling positions as team members leave.
  • Implementing rewards and recognition framework (R&R activities & joint calendar).

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of business operations to drive consistent expectations and highest quality delivery standards from strategic partners supporting business and functional transformation programs.

Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in Insurance/Reinsurance Operations, Governance, Transition, and BPO management role in P&C domain.
  • Higher education in P&C Insurance (i.e., MBA, ACII, CPCU or FIII) is preferred.
  • Considerable experience in working in an offshore-onshore environment with multiple stakeholders spread across geographies.
  • Organizational and multi-tasking skills with strong stakeholder management (CXO level) & cross-functional influencing skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment balancing creative problem-solving with concrete business needs.
