Your Key Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Interaction: Understand students' unique requirements and provide tailored accommodation solutions.
  2. Lead Conversion: Proactively engage with inbound leads, guide them through the booking process, and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
  3. Market Expertise: Develop in-depth knowledge of student housing options, pricing, and locations to offer expert advice.
  4. Follow-Up: Maintain strong relationships with potential clients through consistent and timely follow-ups to ensure closure.
  5. Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to optimize the booking process and enhance the customer experience.
  6. Data Management: Accurately record and manage all customer interactions, inquiries, and bookings in our CRM system.
  7. Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and performance benchmarks.
