Job Title: Housing Associate (US Region)

Work Hours: 9 hours, 5.5 days per week

Shift Timings: US Shift - Rotational, Non-Negotiable

We help students find and book full-time accommodations near their universities without hassle. Our platform lists 1M+ student housing units in 6 countries across 80 cities. We aim to make international mobility seamless and accessible.

Position Title: Housing Associate

Location: Remote

Experience Level: 0–2 Years

Compensation: Competitive salary with performance-driven variable component

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead Conversion:
  • Engage with inbound leads, guide them through the booking process, and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings
  1. CUSTOMER INTERACTION:
  • Understand students' unique requirements and provide personalized accommodation recommendations
  1. Market Expertise:
  • Build knowledge of student housing options, pricing, and locations to offer expert advice
  1. Follow-Up:
  • Maintain relationships with potential clients through consistent and timely follow-ups to ensure closure
  1. Collaboration:
  • Work closely with Marketing and Supply teams to optimize the booking process and enhance the customer experience
  1. Data Management:
  • Record and manage all customer interactions, inquiries, and bookings in the CRM system
  1. Target Achievement:
  • Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and performance benchmarks

What We're Looking For:

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in neutral English
  • Strong active listening skills
  • Effective time management and organizational abilities
  • Proficiency in objection handling, negotiation, and closing techniques
  • Familiarity with CRM tools or similar software
  • Prior experience in telesales or a related field is a plus
  • Industry experience in real estate, hospitality, business development, or customer service is preferred

Educational Qualifications:

  • Graduate with at least 60% in academics
