Student Placement Specialist

 

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Student Placement Specialist to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying major employers for urban placement opportunities, lining up students according to company requirements, and visiting companies to discuss manpower needs and placement ties.

In addition, the specialist will coordinate with branches regarding placement procedures, maintain student databases, and conduct job market studies.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2+ years of experience in placement of students from skilling/training/educational institutes, strong verbal and written communication skills, and strong interpersonal skills.

They should also have good knowledge and relations with corporates and a passion for working with marginalized communities.

 

Required Skills and Qualifications:

∙ Minimum 2+ Years of Experience in placement of students from skilling/training/educational institute.

∙ Strong verbal and written Communication Skills

∙ Strong Interpersonal skills; Should demonstrate patience & perseverance

∙ Should have good knowledge and relations with corporates.
