Student Visa Specialist - Europe

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented professional to handle student visa applications for European countries.

The ideal candidate will have experience in end-to-end student visa filing processes, including documentation and VFS appointment coordination. Key responsibilities will include reviewing and verifying visa-related documents to ensure accuracy and compliance. Additionally, the successful candidate will schedule VFS appointments, communicate with students regarding necessary documentation and procedures, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of changing embassy rules and immigration guidelines for EU countries.

Responsibilities:

  • Filing Student Visas: Oversee the entire process, from application submission to approval, ensuring all documentation is accurate and compliant.
  • Document Verification: Carefully review and verify visa-related documents to prevent errors or delays.
  • Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate with students to schedule VFS appointments and provide detailed instructions on required documentation and procedures.
  • Compliance: Stay informed about changes in embassy rules and immigration guidelines for European countries, adapting our processes accordingly.
  • University Applications: Prepare and submit university applications on behalf of students, adhering to specific criteria.
  • File Management: Organize and track individual student files, monitoring application status and visa processing timelines.
  • Communication: Interact professionally with students, universities, and consulates as needed.

Requirements:

  • At least 2–3 years of experience in student visa processing, with expertise in European visa applications.
  • Strong understanding of VFS processes, embassy rules, and document verification procedures.
  • Experience in preparing and submitting university applications (online portals, SOPs, LORs, documentation).
  • Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to manage multiple student files simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, PDFs, and document conversion/formatting tools.
