International Education Expert

We are seeking an experienced International Education Expert to join our team. As a key member of our international student recruitment department, you will play a vital role in guiding students through the process of studying abroad.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of international education systems and excellent interpersonal skills. They will be passionate about helping students achieve their academic and career goals overseas.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Gain cross-functional exposure to various departments involved in international student recruitment
  • Handle student inquiries and provide professional guidance on admissions and visa processes
  • Communicate effectively with prospective students to build understanding and trust throughout the application cycle
  • Adhere strictly to Standard Operating Procedures
  • Follow up regularly with students, ensuring they are updated on every stage of the process
  • Maintain documentation and record communications via emails and internal systems (e.g., CRM)
  • Educate students on compliance requirements and assist with document preparation
  • Maintain office protocols, confidentiality, and decorum at all times
  • Report progress and issues promptly to the Manager

Required qualifications and skills include:

  • Bachelor's degree (preferably in Education, Counselling, International Relations, or related fields)
  • 1–3 years of experience in academic advising, international education, or a related role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Familiarity with global education systems (UK, USA, Canada, Australia, Europe, etc.)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
