We are seeking highly qualified and motivated professionals to join our academic team as a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Science.

The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching undergraduate students, guiding research projects, and contributing to the academic development of the institution.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design and deliver engaging lectures, tutorials, and laboratory sessions for B.Sc program courses.
  2. Prepare and administer assessments, exams, and other evaluation methods to measure student performance.
  3. Supervise practicals, experiments, and laboratory work, ensuring a safe and conducive learning environment.
  4. Mentor and counsel students on academic and career growth, providing guidance on research projects and dissertations.
  5. Participate in curriculum planning, academic improvements, and departmental activities to enhance the quality of education.

Requirements:

  • A Master's Degree in a relevant subject (Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Zoology, Botany, Computer Science, etc.) with a minimum 55% marks.
  • Possession of NET/Ph.D. in the concerned discipline is preferred (as per UGC norms).
  • 2-15 years of teaching/research experience in higher education, with strong subject knowledge and practical expertise.
  • Effective communication and mentoring skills, with familiarity with laboratory management and modern teaching practices.
