Quality Assurance Specialist

Job Description:

As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality results and driving process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • High performance delivery on all quality parameters is essential for success in this role.
  • Conduct regular audits to identify areas for improvement and provide actionable feedback to drive training throughput or conversion.
  • Analyzing data and creating reports/decks to inform process improvements is a key part of this job.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent scoring and feedback delivery approach.
  • Communicate the importance of delivering exceptional customer experiences and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Streamline knowledge transfer and enhance product/process understanding among new joiners.
  • Maintain adherence to internal policies, procedures, and compliance regulations at all times.
  • Prepare Training Needs Analysis (TNA), publish, and execute for 100% closure.
  • Provide real-time support on the floor as per business requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Prior experience in handling quality for outbound sales is essential.

A thorough understanding of audit and coaching processes is required.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary for success in this role.

Strong technical knowledge of English language, including sentence construction, grammar, and punctuation is essential.

Effective presentation, feedback, and coaching skills are crucial for this position.

Hands-on experience with MS Office, preferably MS Excel and PowerPoint, is desirable.

Candidate must have a customer-oriented attitude and excellent interpersonal skills.

Problem-solving skills and high energy levels are necessary for this role.

Ability to analyze and handle data to generate quantitative and qualitative analysis is critical.
