Senior Quality Leadership Role

The goal of this senior quality leadership position is to spearhead the development and implementation of inspection standards, as well as drive continuous improvement in quality performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Quality Standard Development: Develop and implement high-quality judgment criteria for products to ensure effective inspection processes are in place.
  2. Process Improvement: Drive the continuous improvement of quality performance by analyzing data and implementing corrective actions.
  3. Quality Data Analysis: Organize teams to develop and implement quality improvement actions based on collected data.
  4. Audit Management: Manage customer audits, internal audits, and hierarchical audits to ensure timely closure of identified issues.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or above in a relevant field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in quality management, preferably in manufacturing.
  • Native English speaker with Chinese proficiency being a strong plus.
  • Familiarity with EMS SMT/PCBA processes and quality operations.
  • Strong knowledge of IATF 16949 quality management system.
  • Proficiency in quality tools and structured problem-solving methodologies.
