Job Title: Transactional Quality Manager/International Voice Process

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Transactional Quality Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving continuous improvement in quality and delivery, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
  1. Drive Continuous Improvement: Lead initiatives to improve transaction quality and delivery, ensuring that processes are optimized for maximum efficiency and effectiveness.
  2. Manage Call Quality & Client KPI's: Oversee the management of call quality and client-related Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), ensuring that targets are met and exceeded.
  3. Evaluate Effectiveness of TQ Interventions: Assess the impact of Transaction Quality (TQ) interventions on business outcomes, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to enhance their effectiveness.
Requirements:
  • People Management Skills: Proven ability to lead and manage teams, with a strong focus on talent development and succession planning.
  • Initiative Closure: Ability to drive initiatives to closure, with a strong focus on results-oriented management.
  • All Levels of Employees: Experience working with all levels of employees, from front-line staff to senior leaders.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Data Handling/Data Interpretation Skills: Ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data, with a strong focus on using insights to inform business decisions.
  • Transition Understanding: Strong understanding of transition phases, including handover, startup, manage, and exit phases, with the ability to manage transaction quality functions effectively.
  • Maturity Level: High level of maturity, with the ability to handle people at all levels, including clients, stakeholders, peers, and other team members.
  • Process-Oriented Planning Decision Making Data Handling Prioritization Deadlines Pressure: Ability to work in a process-oriented environment, with a strong focus on planning, decision making, data handling, prioritization, meeting deadlines, and working under pressure.
  • Detail-Oriented Organizational Presentation Skills: Strong attention to detail, with excellent organizational and presentation skills.
  • Green Belt Certification: Trained or certified in Green Belt, with a strong understanding of lean principles and practices.
