Strategic Transactions Leader

We are seeking a seasoned M&A Advisory professional to lead the end-to-end execution of complex transactions, including deal origination, valuation, due diligence, negotiation, and closing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive transaction strategies that meet client objectives while maximizing value.
  • Provide expert advice on potential M&A opportunities, corporate restructuring, divestitures, and capital raising.
  • Design and implement innovative deal structures that optimize returns for clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, investors, banks, legal advisors, and other third-party advisors.
  • Monitor market trends, competitive dynamics, and industry developments to identify new opportunities for clients.
  • Manage and mentor junior team members, providing guidance on financial analysis, client presentations, and deal execution.

Qualifications:

  • Hold an MBA in Finance or a related field.
  • Have 8-12 years of experience in investment banking, M&A advisory, or private equity raises, with a strong track record of deal advisory experience.
