Lead Transaction Tax Specialist

Requirements:

  • A qualified CA/LLB with experience in rendering M&A tax/Direct tax/Corporate tax advisory services.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and commercial acumen, along with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results, developing high-performing teams, and growing divisions.
  • Excellent leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to promote thought leadership and knowledge sharing efforts within the team.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement quality control processes to ensure exceptional deliverables on matters of M&A tax/Transaction tax advisory, Direct taxation, and Corporate tax planning.
  2. Identify and adopt relevant technology and tools to enhance service delivery and stay ahead of industry developments.
