Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Indirect Tax Advisory Professional to join our team. As an expert in indirect tax, you will play a crucial role in providing informed advice and guidance to clients on various tax-related matters.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct in-depth research and analysis of legal provisions to provide accurate and timely advice.
  • Draft advises, opinions, and compliance reports for clients, ensuring that all information is presented clearly and concisely.
  • Prepare engaging PowerPoint presentations for client meetings, trainings, and seminars, highlighting key points and recommendations.
  • Analyze client data to estimate tax impact on business transactions, identifying opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
  • Develop scenarios to identify the most tax-efficient business model, considering factors such as market trends and regulatory changes.
  • Contribute to articles, monographs, and other knowledge-sharing initiatives, showcasing your expertise and thought leadership in the field.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • CA or Law Graduate from a reputable institution with a strong academic record.
  • 0-2 years of post-qualification experience in Indirect Tax, preferably in litigation or advisory roles, with a focus on GST and/or customs.
  • Excellent communication and drafting skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
  • Strong analytical and researching skills, with the ability to analyze large datasets and identify key insights.
