Senior Associate - GST Advisory & Litigation

As a Senior Associate in our GST Advisory and Litigation team, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality services to our clients. Your primary responsibility will be to conduct in-depth research and analysis of legal provisions related to GST.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough research and analysis of complex legal issues.
  • Draft advises, opinions, and compliance reports for clients.
  • Prepare engaging PowerPoint presentations for client meetings, trainings, and seminars.
  • Analyze client data to estimate tax impact on business transactions.
  • Develop scenarios to identify the most tax-efficient business model.
  • Contribute to articles, monographs, and other publications.
  • Deliver exceptional client services while proactively identifying technical issues.
  • Handle tax matters, including submissions, replies to notices, appeals, and representation before tax authorities.

Job Requirements:

  • Hold a CA or LLB degree from a reputable institution.
  • Excellent English communication skills are essential.
  • A good academic background and personality are required.
  • Experience: 2-4 years in indirect tax advisory/litigation is preferred.

  • Network within the firm to gain understanding of client issues.
  • Identify new opportunities for existing clients and communicate with managers.
  • Mentor junior colleagues and guide them on their work.
