
Accelerate Growth as a Regional Transformation Executive

The Regional Transformation Lead is responsible for driving offline transformation initiatives in their respective region. This role plays a pivotal part in the company's growth strategy, focusing on enhancing sales performance and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Expansion Strategy: Double the number of overall outlets via incentive-based and data-driven approaches to increase market penetration.
- Distribution Architecture: Streamline and consolidate key distributors in top 200 towns while driving deeper penetration through multi-layer distribution in remaining towns.
- Servicing Frequency: Implement tailored visit frequencies based on outlet needs to unlock capacity for new store additions.
- Top Outlets Extraction: Drive and grow share & sales in top outlets via retailer loyalty programs and footprint expansion.
- Salesforce Productivity: Increase +30% revenue/salesperson through strong adherence to market work.
- DMS & SFA Adoption: Drive the adoption of new ways of work with improved digital tools.
- Minimum 6-8 years of post-MBA experience from Tier 1/Tier 2 MBA institutions (Batches 2017, 2018, 2019).
- Tier 1 FMCG background candidates only.
- Must have done a front-end ASM stint along with a strategic role at regional/national levels.
