We are seeking a Business Growth Manager to drive business growth by acquiring and managing customer relationships.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, achieving sales targets, and supporting branch operations in multiple locations.
Critical Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients
- Identify new business opportunities while promoting and selling specific products/services to both existing and prospective clients
- Oversee client accounts to ensure their needs are being met, address concerns, and look for opportunities to enhance their experience through upselling and cross-selling
- Collaborate with clients to offer customized solutions that align with their specific needs and objectives
