Key Responsibilities:

Endpoint Security Strategy
  • Design and implement policies for threat detection and response using Sophos and other EDR/XDR platforms.
  • Investigate and remediate security incidents, tuning alerts for optimal performance.
Device Management Solutions
  • Implement and manage MDM/UEM solutions such as Intune, VMware Workspace ONE, MobileIron, or similar.
  • Ensure compliance for endpoints across different environments (Windows, macOS, iOS, Android).
IT Service Management Tool Integration
  • Manage incidents, requests, changes, and problem workflows using ITSM tools like ServiceNow, ManageEngine, Jira Service Management.
  • Integrate ITSM processes with security operations.
Security Compliance & Policy Implementation
  • Implement, monitor, and maintain security policies, procedures, and controls based on ISO 27001 standards.
  • Experience working with audits, gap assessments, and remediation activities.

Cybersecurity Expertise Requirements

  • Minimum 3-6 years of relevant industry experience.
  • Familiarity with vulnerability management, patch management, and security hardening.
  • Knowledge of network security, access control, and identity management.
  • Exposure to working in SOC environments or coordinating with SOC teams is a plus.
