Key Responsibilities
We are seeking a skilled Operations Executive to join our Business Support Service team. As an Operations Executive, you will engage with customers via live chat, provide prompt and accurate assistance, address queries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience.
You will also amend customer bookings according to their requests, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies and procedures. Additionally, you will identify and resolve customer issues and complaints effectively, escalating complex issues to appropriate channels as needed.
Required Skills
To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication skills, a good grasp of English, and intermediate computer literacy. You should be able to type at a speed of 40 wpm with 100% accuracy and possess effective teamwork and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Skills
Prior experience within an airline/hotel reservation function would be advantageous, as would a basic understanding of contract terminology used in airline/hotel contracts.
Salary Information
The estimated salary for this position is around ₹600,000 - ₹800,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience. This figure is based on industry standards and location.
