About the Role

We are looking for individuals with strong technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and excellent customer service skills to work on installation, maintenance, and technical support for our products across customer sites in India.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install and maintain industrial equipment at customer locations.
  • Diagnose issues efficiently and resolve warranty complaints.
  • Provide on-site technical support and training to customers.
  • Coordinate with internal technical and service teams for escalations and quick resolutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of service activities, visits, and complaint status.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and protocols.
  • Build strong and lasting customer relationships.
  • Share field feedback and insights with internal teams to improve product performance.

  • Strong technical knowledge of mechanical or electrical systems.

Qualifications
  • Diploma / ITI in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
  • Freshers and experienced candidates welcome.
  • Prior experience in manufacturing, engineering, or railway industry preferred.
  • Knowledge of service documentation and complaint tracking an advantage.
