Job Opportunity: Service Engineering Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Engineering Expert to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our core systems.

About the Role:

  • As a seasoned professional in service engineering, you will play a pivotal part in maintaining operational standards and documentation for FIS Quantum, Echos, and SWIFT systems.
  • You will conduct thorough regression testing for cloud updates to ensure seamless integration with Oracle Fusion modules (Intercompany, GL, Cash Management).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain operational standards and documentation for FIS Quantum, Echos, and SWIFT systems.
  • Conduct thorough regression testing for cloud updates to ensure seamless integration with Oracle Fusion modules (Intercompany, GL, Cash Management).

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience working with FIS Quantum & Echos platforms.
  • Strong SQL and database management skills.
  • Mandatory expertise in Oracle Cloud Fusion, specifically Intercompany, GL, and Cash Management.
  • Experience with EWF, Cash Xplorer, and treasury processes is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with Golden Gate, Datapipelines, and SOX compliance protocols is essential.
  • Proficiency in FIS support tools is required.
