Job Title: Engineering Analysis Expert

We are seeking a skilled Computer-Aided Engineering Analyst to join our team as an engineering analysis expert.

  • Fatigue life estimations for parent metal and weld connections.
  • Strong fundamentals of structural dynamics, modal analysis, and dynamic responses (FRF and random excitations).
  • Full vehicle level NVH studies with point mobility and local dynamic stiffness expertise and optimizations for target frequencies and dynamic responses.
  • Intuitive understanding of structural mechanics and problem-solving attitude to come up with countermeasures with manufacturing and assembly feasibility.
  • Exposure to multi-body dynamics simulations with flex-body analysis is welcome.

This role requires experience in computer-aided engineering software such as Abaqus, Nastran, Optistruct, Hypermesh, Ansa, Hyperview, and Metapost.

The selected candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions to complex engineering problems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct CAE analyses to optimize product performance and durability.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of industry-leading CAE tools and technologies.
  • Collaborate with design engineers to integrate CAE results into the design process.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Automotive, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
