Job Summary:We are seeking highly skilled and motivated individuals to join our team as International Voice Process Executives. In this role, you will be responsible for handling customer interactions via voice calls, providing support, resolving queries, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:- Handle inbound and outbound international customer calls with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain quality and performance standards by meeting productivity targets and adhering to process guidelines
- Excellent spoken English communication skills with the ability to articulate complex information clearly
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Flexibility to work night shifts and adapt to changing priorities
- HSC (12th Pass) / Graduate degree with good command over spoken English
