Fusion RTR Delivery Lead

Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead the development and support of Fusion RTR processes and solutions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance system performance and reliability.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in Oracle Fusion functional configuration and solutions for small- and large-scale initiatives mainly within Record to Report (RTR) business processes. They will also have hands-on experience within Oracle Fusion ERP and excellent communication skills to work effectively with technical teams as well as business audiences.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and support of Fusion RTR processes and solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system performance and reliability.
  • Implement DevOps practices to streamline development, testing, and deployment processes.
  • Monitor and optimize system performance, ensuring high availability and minimal downtime.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
  • Manage project timelines and stakeholder expectations effectively.
  • Conduct system configurations, testing, and user training as needed.
  • Manage functional/technical team within Value Stream.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or Information Systems or equivalent.
  • 15+ years of overall experience within Oracle Fusion and Oracle EBS ERPs.
  • Proven track record in Plan to Fulfill, Costing and Manufacturing space within Oracle Fusion ERP.
  • Expertise in Oracle Fusion functional configuration and solutions for small- and large-scale initiatives mainly within Record to Report (RTR) business processes.
  • Hands on experience within Oracle Fusion ERP.
  • Ability to communicate with technical teams as well as business audience.

Preferred Skills:

  • Oracle Cloud certifications.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies.
  • Knowledge of other value stream processes such as Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Project to Costing, Subscription Management is good to have.
