Job Title: Oracle DevOps Fusion RTR Delivery Lead

As a seasoned delivery lead, you will oversee the development and support of our Fusion processes and solutions. Your role will be pivotal in driving system performance and reliability through collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement scalable processes and solutions using Oracle Fusion technologies.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to enhance system performance and ensure seamless integration across functional areas.
  • Implement DevOps practices to streamline development, testing, and deployment processes.
  • Monitor and optimize system performance to minimize downtime and maximize availability.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Fusion technologies and tools to drive continuous improvement.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members to foster growth and development.
  • Effectively manage project timelines and stakeholder expectations.
  • Conduct system configurations, testing, and user training as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or information systems or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion and ERP systems.
  • Proven track record in plan fulfillment, costing, and manufacturing within Oracle Fusion ERP.
  • Expertise in Oracle Fusion functional configuration and solutions for small- and large-scale initiatives.
  • Hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion ERP.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with technical and business teams.
  • Ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.

Preferred Skills:

  • Oracle Cloud certifications.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies.
  • Knowledge of other value stream processes such as Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Project to Costing, and Subscription Management is beneficial.
