Oracle DevOps Fusion RTR Delivery Lead

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the development and support of FusionRTRprocesses and solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system performance and reliability.
- Implement DevOps practices to streamline development, testing, and deployment processes.
- Monitor andoptimizesystem performance, ensuring high availability and minimal downtime as part of Post go live Operational Support
- Stay updated with the latest Fusion technologies and DevOps tools to drive continuous improvement.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
- Manage project timelines and stakeholder expectations effectively.
- Conduct system configurations, testing, and user training as needed
- Manage functional/technical team within Value Stream

Oracle Fusion DevOps organizationissupportingmultiple OracleFusion Instances within JCI.Oracle FusionDevOpsRTR DeliveryLeadwill besinglepoint of contact (SPOC) for this functional area stream for all development and support related activities for this track.

- Analyze Oracle Fusion Enhancements/Change Requests and Support activitiespipeline
- Work planning and prioritization for approved backlogs within the Value stream reviewing with BPO/GPOs, Delivery Leadsand OracleSolution Architects.
- Capacityplanning of resources based on approved backlogs for enhancements and support ticketstomeet deliverable timelines provided to business stakeholders
- Coordinate with other Value stream leads within Fusion DevOps, Delivery and Support leads for other Edge applications within Fusion to address any integration issuesbetweenRecord toReport (RTR)andother Values streams/integration areasona timelymanner
- Scheduling,Reviewsand approvals for production deployments working with Global Deployment/Release leaders
- Optimizeand effectively manage Enhancements and support ticket backlog within the Value stream reviewing with the team
- Drive for Continuous improvements to reduce support tickets, automationeliminatingmanual activities wherever possible
- Follow JCI Major Incident management process to address any critical issues (P1/P2) by engaging right teams
- Share Value stream level reporting with KPIs for the Value stream with Global and Regional DevOps Leaders
- Drive initiativesleveragingadvanced technologiessuch as AI Agents, Automationsolutionsand work closely with Finance COEto optimize /eliminatethe redundancies in the RTR Business processes.

Required Skills

- Bachelor s degree inengineeringor InformationSystems or equivalent
- 15+ years of overall experience within Oracle Fusion and Oracle EBS ERPs
- Proventrack recordin Plan to Fulfill, Costing and Manufacturing space within Oracle Fusion ERP
- Expertisein Oracle Fusion functionalconfiguration and solutions forsmall- and large-scaleinitiativesmainlywithinRecord to Report(RTR)business processes
- Hands on experience within Oracle Fusion ERP
- Ability to communicate withtechnicalteams as well as Business audience
- This position requires exceptional collaboration, teamwork,influenceand relationship building skills at all levels with internal and external parties in addition to Johnson Controls key values Integrity, teamwork,excellence, Customerfocus and Accountability
- Experience in driving partner engagement with offshore/onshore delivery model

- Proven ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a reactive high-pressure environment

Preferred Skills

- Oracle Cloud certifications.
- Experience with Agile methodologies.
- Knowledge ofother value streamprocesssuch as Order to Cash,Procureto Pay,Project toCosting,SubscriptionManagementis good to have.
