Job Title Oracle DevOps CPQ Delivery LeadLocation Bangalore Experience 15 years We are seeking an experienced Oracle DevOps CPQ Functional Consultant to join our dynamic team The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of CPQ business processes with a very good understanding of DevOps methodologies Key Responsibilities Lead the development and support of Oracle Cloud CPQ processes and solutions Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system performance and reliability Implement DevOps practices to streamline development testing and deployment processes Monitor and optimize system performance ensuring high availability and minimal downtime as part of Post go live Operational SupportStay updated with the latest Fusion technologies and DevOps tools to drive continuous improvement Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members Manage project timelines and stakeholder expectations effectively Conduct system configurations testing and user training as neededManage functional technical team within Value StreamOracle Fusion DevOps organization is supporting multiple Oracle Fusion Instances within JCI Oracle Fusion DevOps P2P Delivery Lead will be single point of contact SPOC for this functional area stream for all development and support related activities for this track Analyze Oracle Fusion Enhancements Change Requests and Support activities pipelineWork planning and prioritization for approved backlogs within the Value stream reviewing with BPO GPOs Delivery Leads and Oracle Solution Architects Capacity planning of resources based on approved backlogs for enhancements and support tickets to meet deliverable timelines provided to business stakeholdersCoordinate with other Value stream leads within Fusion DevOps Delivery and Support leads for other Edge applications within Fusion to address any integration issues between Plan to Fulfill Manufacturing and other Values streams integration areas on a timely mannerScheduling Reviews and approvals for production deployments working with Global Deployment Release leadersOptimize and effectively manage Enhancements and support ticket backlog within the Value stream reviewing with the teamDrive for Continuous improvements to reduce support tickets automation eliminating manual activities wherever possibleFollow JCI Major Incident management process to address any critical issues P1 P2 by engaging right teamsShare Value stream level reporting with KPIs for the Value stream with Global and Regional DevOps LeadersRequired Skills Bachelor xe2x80x98s degree in engineering or Information Systems or equivalent15 years of overall experience within Oracle Fusion and Oracle EBS ERPsProven track record in Procure to Pay space within Oracle Fusion ERPExpertise in Oracle Fusion functional configuration and solutions for small- and large-scale initiatives mainly within P2P business processesHands on experience within Oracle Fusion ERPAbility to communicate with technical teams as well as Business audienceThis position requires exceptional collaboration teamwork influence and relationship building skills at all levels with internal and external parties in addition to Johnson Controls key values Integrity teamwork excellence Customer focus and AccountabilityExcellent client-facing and internal communication skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsSolid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skillsProven ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a reactive high-pressure environmentPreferred Skills Oracle Cloud certifications Experience with Agile methodologies Knowledge of additional Oracle modules JCI is an Equal Opportunity Employer and does not discriminate on the basis of any protected categories
