DevOps Lead for Fusion RTR Processes

The primary objective of this role is to spearhead the development and maintenance of Fusion RTR processes and solutions. This involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance system performance and reliability, implementing DevOps practices to streamline development, testing, and deployment processes, and monitoring and optimizing system performance to ensure high availability and minimal downtime.

  • Manage project timelines and stakeholder expectations effectively.
  • Conduct system configurations, testing, and user training as needed.
About the Role:

This position serves as a single point of contact (SPOC) for the functional area stream, responsible for all development and support-related activities within the track.

Responsibilities Include:
  • Analyze Oracle Fusion enhancements/change requests and support activities pipeline.
  • Work planning and prioritization for approved backlogs within the Value stream reviewing with BPO/GPOs, Delivery Leads, and Oracle Solution Architects.
  • Capacity planning of resources based on approved backlogs for enhancements and support tickets to meet deliverable timelines provided to business stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with other Value stream leads within Fusion DevOps, Delivery, and Support leads for other Edge applications within Fusion to address any integration issues between Record to Report (RTR) and other Value streams/integration in a timely manner.
  • Scheduling, reviews, and approvals for production deployments working with Global Deployment/Release leaders.
  • Optimize and effectively manage Enhancements and support ticket backlog within the Value stream reviewing with the team.
  • Drive for Continuous improvements to reduce support tickets, automation eliminating manual activities wherever possible.
  • Follow JCI Major Incident management process to address any critical issues (P1/P2) by engaging right teams.
  • Share Value stream level reporting with KPIs for the Value stream with Global and Regional DevOps Leaders.
  • Drive initiatives leveraging advanced technologies such as AI Agents, Automation solutions and work closely with Finance COE to optimize / eliminate redundancies in the RTR Business processes.
