Oracle Fusion Specialist Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle Fusion specialist to join our team. As an Oracle Fusion specialist, you will be responsible for driving setup and configuration changes related to core HR, talent management, performance management, compensation and benefits, and recruitment and onboarding processes in Oracle Fusion.

This is a challenging role that requires expertise in the design, implementation, and maintenance of complex integration solutions. The successful candidate will have hands-on experience in configuration and setting up functionality in Oracle Fusion, as well as experience in data setup, handling, and multi-geo configuration.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of functional HR processes within a regional/global scope and be able to analyze business processes to provide guidance relative to technology enhancements and efficiencies. They will also have excellent communication and collaboration skills to work closely with internal and external partners to gather requirements and design complex integration solutions.

The position reports to the Operations Manager of HRIS and is responsible for partnering with respective business teams to resolve system-related issues globally. The successful candidate will enable required reporting and analytics and drive start-to-end changes and support testing, UAT, and project migrations as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide techno-functional expertise in Core HR, Talent Management, Performance Management, Compensation and Benefits, and Recruitment and Onboarding modules of Oracle Fusion
  • Hands-on experience in configuration and setting up functionality in Oracle Fusion
  • Work closely with internal and external partners to gather requirements and design complex integration solutions
  • Enable reports to meet the requirements of Human Resource, staff, management, and other key stakeholders
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree of Science
  • Minimum of 4-8 years' techno-functional experience in Oracle Fusion
  • Expertise in Core HR, Talent Management, Performance Management, Compensation and Benefits, and Recruitment and Onboarding modules of Oracle Fusion
  • Experience in Data setup, handling, and multi-geo configuration
