Job description

We are looking for dynamic and detail-oriented professionals for the RTR (Record to Report) role at Level CL-11 to join our team in Bangalore. This role is best suited for recently qualified Chartered Accountants or experienced CA Inter professionals who are eager to build a career in the finance and accounting domain within a leading global organization.

Role & responsibilities

  • Manage and execute end-to-end Record to Report (RTR) processes
  • Prepare and review journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and monthly reports
  • Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end close activities
  • Assist in internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations
  • Comply with internal controls, policies, and procedures
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth financial operations
  • Support continuous process improvement initiatives in the RTR process
