Role & responsibilities


• To assist business in creation of the purchase requisition, follow up on the goods receipt & track the invoice to the payment

• Weekly & Monthly Reporting.

• Ensure all the requests are actioned as per SLA, safeguard achievement of CSPI Application Support Process.

• Any additional task as necessary to ensure that meets its deadlines.

• Be proactive and inventive with ideas to improve service / deliverables to client.

• Define and monitor controls to ensure day to day deliverable of the process are met.

• To manage the performance of the area against planned or expected outcomes to meet customer requirements/SLA/TAT.

Preferred candidate profile

Minimum 2 yrs experience in RTR.

Good Communication Skill.

Shift time Any 9 hours shift.

Work mode(WFH/WFO) Till training, users to be in office and post stabilization, it is hybrid.
