**_Responsibilities_**

**_ _**

**_ This position involves ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial data, maintaining the general ledger, and supporting the month-end and year-end closing processes. The R2R associate works closely with the R2R lead or manager to ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies. Should have sound Record to Report knowledge._**

**_ _**
- **_Assist in maintaining and updating the general ledger, including recording journal entries, reconciling accounts, and ensuring accuracy. _**
- **_Conduct periodic reconciliations of various accounts, such as bank accounts, accounts payable, and accounts receivable. _**
- **_Support the financial close process by preparing and organizing financial data, working with cross-functional teams to meet reporting deadlines._**

- **_Experience in fixed assets accounting, sale and Use tax, general accounting will be preferred_**

- **_Perform bank reconciliation, inter
- company accounting & month end close _**
- **_Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls, collaborating with auditors and management._**

- **_Keep accurate records and documentation of financial transactions, reconciliations, and procedures._**

**_ _**
- **_Collaborate with various departments to provide financial information and address inquiries._**

**_ _**
- **_Support the financial close process by preparing and organizing financial data, working with cross-functional teams to meet reporting deadlines._**

- **_Perform variance analysis, write commentaries on actuals vs forecast / budgets to identify the key drivers and help the business to make decisions._**

**_ Minimum qualifications_**

- **_Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field._**

**_ _**
- **_Knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards._**

- _IT_skills: ERP (Blackline/SAP/Ariba/Alteryx), MS Office_

**_ _**
- **_Relevant Experience in reputed Captive/Outsourcing RTR Ops_**

- **_ Preferred Qualifications/ Skills_**

- **_Freshly qualified Chartered Accountants (CAs) would be preferred._**

- **_Good Written & Verbal Communication_**
