**Job Description: BAAN Finance Functional (RTR)**:
**Position**: BAAN Finance Functional Consultant (RTR)
**Experience**: 6-8 years
**Location**: Bangalore

**Responsibilities**:

- Implement and support BAAN Finance modules with a focus on Record to Report (RTR) processes.
- Analyze business requirements and configure the BAAN system to meet the financial reporting needs.
- Conduct user training and prepare documentation for end-users in RTR processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of financial processes.
- Stay updated with the latest BAAN functionalities and enhancements in RTR.
- Participate in system testing, user acceptance testing, and post-implementation support.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or related field.
- 6-8 years of experience in BAAN Finance with a focus on RTR.
- Strong understanding of finance and accounting principles.
- Proficiency in BAAN Financial modules and experience in system implementations.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment is a plus.
