Key Responsibilities:

- Design, configure, and implement Oracle Fusion RTR modules to meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Provide functional support for RTR processes, including GL, AP, AR, and FA.
- Perform system testing, user acceptance testing, and troubleshooting issues within Oracle Fusion Applications.
- Develop and document functional specifications, business processes, and system configurations.
- Assist in the development of training materials and conduct training sessions for end-users.
- Stay updated on Oracle Fusion Applications enhancements and industry best practices.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 6-8 years of experience in Oracle Fusion Applications with a focus on RTR.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Experience with Oracle Cloud and DevOps methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Oracle Cloud Certification in Financials or related modules.
- Experience with Oracle BI tools and reporting solutions.
- Knowledge of integration tools and techniques related to Oracle Fusion Applications.
