Inviting applications for the role of RTR Lead – Manager
In this role, you will lead and manage the Record to Report (RTR) process, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in financial reporting.

Responsibilities
· Oversee the end-to-end RTR process, including general ledger accounting, month-end close activities, and financial reporting.
· Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements and reports.
· Manage a team of accountants, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and adherence to accounting policies and procedures.
· Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in the RTR function.
· Ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
· Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
· Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive initiatives to achieve targets.

Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum Qualifications / Skills
· Fluency in German and a strong command of English
· Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
· 3 years of experience in management within the RTR function
· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle
· Strong understanding of accounting principles and standards
· Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications / Skills
· Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent certification
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
· Proven track record of implementing process improvements
· Experience working in the retail industry / with retail clients
· Knowledge of additional languages
