Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Management
    : Lead and mentor a team of accountants, ensuring efficient day-to-day accounts payable transactions.
  • Invoice Processing
    : Oversee invoice payment operations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Compliance
    : Conduct quality control audits and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • KPI Achievement
    : Ensure the team meets key performance indicators (KPIs) for accuracy, completeness, and timeliness.
  • Issue Resolution
    : Act as the main point of contact for issues and queries related to accounts payable.
  • Process Improvement
    : Document procedures and review processes periodically to ensure efficiency and compatibility with actual operations.

Requirements:

  • Education
    : Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Experience
    : Around 3 years of experience in accounts payable, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Skills
    : Excellent communication and numeric skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in MS Office tools, especially Excel.
  • Additional
    : Experience with ERP systems like Movex/M3/iScala is a plus.
