Job OverviewWe seek a skilled Semiconductor Product Development Engineer to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop semiconductor products with at least 5+ years of experience in the field.
- Work on semiconductor fabrication process, chip packaging, advanced packaging, or semiconductor IP services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop new products.
- Analyze and troubleshoot product issues using reverse engineering analysis techniques.
- B.E./M.E./B.Tech/M.Tech in Electrical or Electronics or related technical field.
- At least 5+ years of experience in semiconductor product development.
- Strong knowledge of semiconductor technologies including processors, microcontrollers, RF devices, mobile devices, memory devices, image sensors, automotive, power devices, etc.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Experience in claim charts (infringement analysis, product EoU), patent portfolio analysis, annuity analysis, patentability searches, etc.
- Good knowledge of reverse engineering analysis techniques such as product teardowns, spectroscopy analysis, material characterizations, circuit extraction, circuit layouts, functional testing, etc.
- Expertise in Semiconductor packaging, semiconductor process and fabrication, designing high-speed IO and SERDES architecture, analog circuits, JEDEC memory specifications, PCB or card or module layout experience.
Job location: Gurgaon or Bangalore
Shift timing: 10:30 AM - 7:30 PM
Work mode: Work from Office
