Job Overview
Our team seeks an experienced Senior Semiconductor Product Development Expert to work on semiconductor product development including fabrication process, chip packaging, advanced packaging. The ideal candidate will have at least 5+ years of experience in related technical fields such as Electrical or Electronics. Master's degree preferred. Proficiency in technologies like processors, microcontrollers, RF devices, mobile devices, memory devices, image sensors, automotive, power devices is required. Self-motivation and eagerness to learn new technologies are essential skills for this role.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Fabrication process and chip packaging expertise.
- Advanced packaging experience.
- Processor, microcontroller, RF device, mobile device, memory device, image sensor, automotive, power device technology knowledge.
- Reverse engineering analysis techniques such as product teardowns, spectroscopy analysis, material characterizations, circuit extraction, circuit layouts, functional testing.
Preferred Qualifications
A strong background in any of the following areas will be considered a plus:
- Semiconductor packaging expertise.
- Semiconductor process and fabrication expertise.
- High-speed IO and SERDES architecture designing.
- Analog circuits including power management circuits such as converters, regulators; clock generators such as Crystal Oscillator, RC Oscillator, PLL, clock buffers and dividers.
- JEDDEC memory specifications for semiconductor memory circuits and similar storage devices.
- PCB or card or module layout experience with Cadence, Mentor Graphics, OrCAD.
- Previous work experience with CMOS image sensors.
Estimated Salary
Rupees 15 lakhs per annum (approximate), considering the job location and industry standards.
