Job Overview

This role is for an experienced Senior Semiconductor Development Specialist who will be responsible for driving semiconductor product development, including fabrication processes, chip packaging, and advanced packaging. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with technologies such as processors, microcontrollers, RF devices, mobile devices, memory devices, image sensors, automotive, power devices, etc.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive semiconductor product development, including fabrication processes, chip packaging, and advanced packaging
  • Develop and implement innovative solutions for complex technical challenges
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products on time and within budget
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to inform strategic decisions

Requirements

  • BE/ME/BTech/MTech in Electrical or Electronics or related technical field; Master's degree preferred
  • At least 3 years of experience in semiconductor product development, including at least one of semiconductor fabrication process, chip packaging, advanced packaging, or semiconductor IP services
  • Hands-on experience with technologies including processors, microcontrollers, RF devices, mobile devices, memory devices, image sensors, automotive, power devices, etc.
  • Self-motivated and eager to learn new technologies

Good to Have

  • Expertise in semiconductor packaging, fabrication processes, or designing high-speed IO and SERDES architecture
  • Experience in analog circuits, including power management circuits, and knowledge of JEDEC memory specifications
  • Previous work experience with CMOS image sensors and PCB or card or module layout experience using Cadence, Mentor Graphics, or OrCAD

Salary Range

The estimated salary range for this role is ₹1,500,000 - ₹2,500,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
