Job DescriptionThis role involves working on semiconductor product development, including semiconductor fabrication process, chip packaging, advanced packaging. Antenna in package, circuits, die floorplan, circuit layouts, etc. OR in semiconductor IP services.
Candidates should have hands-on experience with technologies such as processors, microcontrollers, RF devices, mobile devices, memory devices, image sensors, automotive, power devices, etc.
Candidates will be preferred if they have good knowledge of reverse engineering analysis techniques such as product teardowns, spectroscopy analysis, material characterizations, circuit extraction, circuit layouts, functional testing, etc.
Required Skills and QualificationsWe're looking for candidates with a strong background in electrical or electronics engineering, with a BE/ME/BTech/MTech degree. Master's degree is preferred. At least 3 years of experience in semiconductor product development or related technical field is required.
- Expertise in semiconductor packaging.
- Expertise in semiconductor process and fabrication.
- Experience in designing high-speed IO and SERDES architecture.
- Good knowledge of analog circuits including power management circuits.
Candidates with experience in PCB or card or module layout are also preferred. Knowledge of JEDEC memory specifications is an added advantage.
Estimated Salary: ₹1,200,000 - ₹1,500,000 per annum-
